I received this as a surprise present by the band for pre-ordering the upcoming album, so thanks a lot to you, too :-))
As could be expected by Pat Sanders & Co, highly melodic prog that should, for instance, appeal too friends of Fish-era Marillion (although Uncle Fish would never have reached those high notes ;-) ) and some instrumentals (from beautiful miniatures like Bubbles to the more epic Last Supper). Among many other fine things offered here, I especially love Pat's piano playing! Carsten Pieper

If you like formulaic dross this dross will disappoint because the formulae employed on this record are direct exports from the dark machine.
And this isn't dross. Who mentioned dross?
Begone peasants!

In 2019, I was in Salisbury and attended the Alphabet Business Convention without knowing any artist. Lost Crowns was my favourite band that played there. Pablo P.

Quite different from everything I've heard so far from Tom Slatter... Is it post-rock? No... Is it post-metal? No... Is it prog rock? No... Is it avantgarde? No... So what the heck is it then?! Well, er... it's Tom Slatter... and it's outstanding! Sven B. Schreiber (sbs)
